Morally corrupt Auckland fat cat, John Sellers hires goody-good maths tutor Richard Holton to raise his wayward son's grades. The Tutor is a prickly comedy, skewering equally the brash capitalist, and the po-faced liberal, yet ultimately finding a common humanity.
