George Arthur is an educator, writer and designer from Dunedin, New Zealand.
George studied music, film and teaching at the University of Otago. Until 2013 he ran a busy music school in Dunedin prior to moving to becoming Head of Arts and Media at St Peter’s College in Gore. During this time he became involved in a number of school and community theatrical productions.
Since the start of 2018, George has been doing mainly freelance work. He has written two original plays and a popular adaptation of The Vicar of Dibley for the stage which has been used by community theatre groups around the world.
