Four teenage girls attempt to save the world. And also Billy, the thirteen year old they’ve kidnapped. In a messy bedroom on Dominion Road, Anushka, Manuka, Bindi and Max await instructions from an online climate revolutionary group: The Shepherds. They’ve kidnapped the grandson of New Zealand’s richest man to protest an ecologically destructive marina he’s building in the Hauraki Gulf. But they haven’t heard back from The Shepherds and Manuka’s Mum is on her way home and tension is building amongst the group. As the police arrive, the girls realise just how much violence is required for revolution.
