Liam Hinton is a Kirikiriroa based writer whose second play passionfruits received the Adam New Zealand Play Award in 2026. Additionally, he is attached to screenplay adaptation of Tracey Slaughter's novella The Longest Drink in Town which has received funding from the NZFC & NZWG. His poetry is published in Mayhem, Starling & Poetry Aotearoa, & he co-runs One Question Theatre.
