This story about Pourakahua has traditional Tākitimu origins. It has been entirely shaped and informed by a collective body of māori rock-art, created by our tipuna, from Te Waipounamu.
It was first written as a musical for Toro Pikopiko Puppets, who performed it from 2017 – 2019.
