A roughly 10-minute comic monologue in which, a 20s-30-something Indian man describes his evolution from an observant Hindu who shuns eating meat at his mother’s very strong insistence into a meat-lover. After moving away from home he tries more and more meat until finally tasting beef by accident on a trip to America and he’s hooked.
