Anna Solotow runs an art gallery in New York. Deception, delusion and the general chaos of life sees her relationships with Brantley, her younger lover, and Liz, her assistant, crumble. Anna's teenage friend, Harold, now a display artist at the Museum of Natural History, is also caught up in events.
