This is a play about trying to find that slippery middle ground between being totally overwhelmed by the wealth of the worldʼs problems, and being totally ignorant to their undeniable existence. The two protagonists slip, giddy, down either slope, pulled by various outside influences, crackpots, and their own developing sense of righteousness.
Meanwhile Atlas presents and performs a parable about millions of dead butterflies being brought to life and holding the world afloat.
Casting is flexible.
