A hard-hitting drama, interspersed with lively songs, that focusses on a band about to perform in a local hall. The concert is intended to raise money for the peace movement, but is put in jeopardy when the band discovers that Joe Staples, one of the evening's important speakers, is rumoured to be making pornographic movies.
