Rothwell, Paul
Imaginative, intelligent and idiosyncratic, many of Paul Rothwell's plays have been popular with audiences and critics alike. These offbeat and occasionally controversial observations on twenty-first century life in New Zealand form a unique and distinctive body of work that is sure to grow larger in years to come.

Paul has twice been nominated for the Chapman Tripp Theatre Award for Most Outstanding New Playwright, in 2004 for Golden Boys, and 2005 for Hate Crimes.
